What are the changes about?
There is a new region created within Swagelok distribution system: Western Balkans and Bulgaria. There are the following countries in this region: Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Bulgaria.
The new CCS responsible for selling of goods and provision of services in these countries is Swagelok CZ – Central Fluidsystems s.r.o., Czechia.

Swagelok has been always focused on enhancing the quality of services provided to their customers. This change is aimed at further improving the availability of goods and services to better meet your highest expectations.

Products and Services
Will the product and service offering remain the same?
Yes, Swagelok’s product offering stays the same. For Custom Solutions, we always need the BOM (Bill of Materials) and a drawing of the specific solution, if available.
Will the contract terms and pricing stay the same?
We’re happy to review and set up pricing agreements and discounts based on further commercial discussions.

Will the quality of products and services remain the same?
Absolutely — there is no change in the quality of Swagelok products or services.

Will delivery times or product availability change?
Availability always depends on the specific product. Standard items (marked MTS – Made to Stock) are typically available from our warehouse or Swagelok within 10 business days. Special items (marked XTO) require specific inquiry with the manufacturer based on the individual specifications.

Will the same technical specifications and certifications be available?
Yes, all technical specifications and certifications remain unchanged.

Logistic and Delivery
Are there any changes to delivery terms or warehouse locations?
All Swagelok Sales and Service Centers operate with similarly equipped warehouses — so in this case, nothing is changing.

Will the shipping companies or delivery methods change?
Our team will gladly provide a full price quote, including delivery to the customer’s defined location within our service area.
What are the new contact details for logistics and orders?

Will this change affect product availability in our market?
We hope the change will have minimal impact on you. We’re here to make sure you continue to receive strong local support.

How will returns and complaints be handled?
If you need to make a claim, please contact us directly. Swagelok, as the manufacturer, reserves the right to evaluate each claim individually. For returns, we’ll follow the standard terms and conditions.
Why do we need information about the end user and application? (Export Control Checklist)
We are committed to complying with EU and US export regulations and ensuring that our products do not end up — directly or indirectly — in embargoed or sanctioned countries. This helps us continue delivering high-quality service while staying fully compliant.
Invoicing
Will there be any changes to payment terms or invoicing currency?
The invoicing currency will remain in EUR. We’re happy to set up the payment terms to best suit your needs — just send us a confirmation or a scanned commercial document (without prices or contact details).

How can I change my preferred Sales and Service Center?
- Visist the Manage Sales #Service Centers page on Swagelok.com by navigating to Account > Account Dashboard > View Preferred Sales & Service Centers > Manage Sales & Service Centers or by clinging Manage Sales & Service Centers | Swagelok
- Select your desired SSC via the SELECT YOUR SALES & SERVICE CENTER button and cluck SUBMIT
- From the Account menu, select Log Out
- Log In and select the newly added preferred SSC
- If desired, remove any unwanted SSC associations via the same Manage Sales & Service Centers page
